AUDREY LEWIS
Audrey A. Lewis is a highly accomplished attorney, licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia since 2011. She is authorized to practice before both the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court. Audrey’s journey began at the University of Georgia, where she earned degrees in Journalism and Political Science, graduating with honors. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board, inducted into the Inn of Court and received the Kerri Harike Jodecki Award for excellence.
Throughout her career, Audrey has demonstrated an exceptional range of legal expertise, with extensive experience in both criminal defense and prosecution. After her time in criminal law, she transitioned into civil, government, and real estate litigation, further broadening her practice. One of Audrey’s most proud career moments was successfully arguing before the Georgia Supreme Court.
Audrey is deeply committed to serving her community. She has been an active member of several influential organizations, including the Junior League of Atlanta, the Junior Board of the Girls Scouts of Greater Atlanta, and the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys (GABWA). She is also a member of the Gate City Bar Association and serves on the UGA School of Public and International Affairs Alumni Board. Additionally, Audrey is part of the leadership team for the Women of UGA Alumni Council, contributing to initiatives that support fellow alumni and current students from the University of Georgia.
Audrey’s commitment to excellence and service has not gone unnoticed. In 2024, she was recognized as a Livesafe Woman of Achievement and was named to the University of Georgia’s 40 Under 40 Class, honoring her professional and personal achievements. Audrey continues to inspire and lead in both her legal practice and community endeavors, leaving a lasting impact.
